Later on, we realized that the nutritional value of eggs decreased as they grew bigger. After learning that we can hatch chicks from the eggs of non-hybrid chickens, we put eggs in the incubator to have chicks before they are getting too big.When the chicks grow up and start laying eggs, we say goodbye to chickens with big eggs. Again, I remember eating only chicken for weeks as we had not had chicken in our house for years😊.
Our chickens don’t look like organic chickens in the stores as you can only make soup with their meat,and rice with theirbroth. Our chickens do not consume hormone supplements or they are not genetically engineered for meat; therefore,they can only grow this much. Their taste is good enough (we’re being humble!) as we slaughter young animals, refuting the myth that organic chickens have tough meat.
